Warranty

1 Year Limited Warranty: The following components, including motor, brakes, and axles under normal use conditions.
1 Year Limited Warranty: Battery charger and remote control under normal use conditions.

This limited warranty extends only to the original owner and is not transferable to anyone else. Purchase order information need to be submitted upon any warranty request. Buyer is responsible for the shipping and handling fee to return the unit to a US address provided by
htown wheels.

If a defect exists, htown wheels will, at its option and to the extent permitted by law either (1) provide components to repair the town wheels scooter and/or accessories using new or refurbished parts at no charge to you; (2) exchange the htown wheels scooter and/or accessories with a functionally equivalent product that is new or refurbished; or (3) refund the original purchase price. htown wheels will be responsible for the shipping and handling fee for returning a working unit to the buyer's US address. For shipping outside of the US, buyer will pay for the shipping and handling. This warranty excludes damage caused by abuse, misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, alterations, modifications or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship for which htown wheels is responsible.
