How fast do the htown wheels hoverboard go?
Htown wheels go can go up to 12 mph depending on the riders weight.

What is the weight limit forhtown wheels hoverboard?
For safety and best use we recommend a maximum weight limit of 265 lbs.

How hard is it to learn how to ride a htown wheels hoverboard?
It’s actually fairly easy and intuitive. Most people are able to ride freely after about 15 min. We will have instructional videos on our website shortly for even easier riding tips.

How long does the LG battery last?
The battery takes 60 minutes for a full charge and will last for 8 -12 miles. This range is dependent on the users weight, road conditions, and temperature. We only use top quality LG battery in our hoverboard.

Are htown wheels hoverboard durable?
Htown wheels hoverboard are very durable. They can handle most surfaces. We engineered our hoverboard to withstand rain, wind, and sand. Htown wheels hoverboard can handle hard bumps and sharp turns. Please note: we do not recommend intentionally getting your htown wheels hoverboard wet.

Do my new htown wheels hoverboard come with a warranty?
All htown wheels hoverboard come with a 1-year warranty to protect against manufacturer defects. Any damage incurred by improper usage/negligence would not be covered by the warranty. Please visit our warranty page for full warranty info. 

What is the return policy?
Your satisfaction our number one goal. We offer up to 14 days to return your htown for refund. Returns with damage due to negligent riding will not be accepted.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, currently we offer free FedEx or UPS shipping! Excludes Alaska, Hawaii and international locations.
